RULES FOR USE OF DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

By purchasing or downloading a digital file from APwholesale, you agree to the following terms:

✔ Permitted Use

• Files may be used to create physical finished products for resale
  (e.g. mugs, apparel, prints, signs).

• Designs may be resized to fit your product.

• Files may be used for personal or commercial use on physical items.

• Files can be Printed in UVDTF OR DTF or sublimation by ourselves only.

• ❌ Not Permitted

• Files must not be resold, shared, copied, gifted, or redistributed in any digital format.

• Files must not be uploaded to any third-party website, marketplace, or group.

• Designs may not be claimed as your own.

• Files may not be used to create new digital products for resale.

• You may not sell, share, or include the files in bundles, packs, or freebies.

🚫 No Print-on-Demand

• Files may not be used with print-on-demand services
  (e.g. Printify, Printful, Redbubble, etc.).

📥 Digital Item Notice

• This is a digital download only.

• No physical item will be sent.

• Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are offered once files have been downloaded.

⚠️ File Responsibility

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their software and equipment.

• APwholesale is not responsible for printing errors or production issues.
