REFUNDS

As we are a B2B supplier once your order is placed - we cannot issue refunds. We also do not accept requests to return items for a refund due to you changing your mind. 

All issues must be reported to us within 48 hours to allow us to investigate them. Please ensure that all orders are checked thoroughly upon arrival. 

If your order arrives incorrectly, contains missing items, or contains any defective items, or you need to report anything of that nature - please email us at sales@absolutelypersonal.co.uk when sending us an email please include both a photograph of your order upon arrival. It is important to ensure that all packaging is kept until your order is inspected as we may require a return of incorrect or damaged goods in order to process a refund. 

Ordering of Custom UVDTF & DTF:  When ordering our prints - we always ensure that your order is to the standard you wish for it to be printed however if you encounter any issues with quality, please email us at sales@absolutelypersonal.co.uk. When you upload your images, we cannot be held accountable for the quality of images uploaded, we are also not responsible for the application of the UVDTF & DTF prints.
